Gdocs apps Comparison

Hi,

I'm trying to have a Gdocs apps for Android HTC phone. I'd like to be able to browse the file offline (not always can be online), can do search in the file, can do simple editing from mobile phone and sync between server and phone by last update.

Surprisingly, nothing I found so far can achieve my goals. The top two in list is as follows:

AD notepad: sync and editing are good but I'm not able to a search in file.

Note everything/NE Gdocs: everything is good but you have to remember where is the latest update between server and mobile phone.

Please advise.

Respond to my own question hopefully to save time for people who're trying to do something similar. My finding is to use officesuite pro (not free). Relative powerful editing and searching capability than other editors. Able to edit remote files (such as Gdocs) online. You may upload local files into Gdocs but each time it'll create a new file with same name. Best bet is to do it online (touch "Remote File").
