Is this from the same developer as the Big Bang Theory video pkay app?

If I pay for the app and Google removes it for whatever reason, will you then send me the app when needed through email? I ask because I have purchased so many apps that Google ended up removing and I am basically out that money. So now I ask this question to any developer that has content on the Google Marketplace that might end up having Google remove it due to copyright terms.

Update: The app link is no longer working. Has the app already been removed by Google, or has it been moved to a different place?

So is this app down for good? Even its not in the app marketplace, can I buy it using PayPal, then you send it through email to me? I use the Big Bang Theory app a lot and would love to have the South Park viewing app, since they are both from the same developer. Or they at least look like they are from the same developer from the preview pics.

I am very interested in buying this app but it isnt on the market place anymore.... how is this possible??? Can I pay you and then download the apk somewhere??
