Google Music Playlist not syncing

When I try to create or edit a playlist from my Android device, it's not showing up online.
I'm also unable to add or edit playlist to my Google Music account online using my PC.
I keep getting "Couldn't rename playlist. Please try again."
Anyone had this issue and found a fix?

I have also been experiencing the same issue. I've contacted google and they said they are "aware" of the issue and working on a fix. That was on Monday and it still hasn't worked correctly so I don't have much faith in it getting fixed any time soon. Its really frustrating that I can't change or create anything.

I contacted Google as well. They claim they are having issues with syncing. I still can't edit my playlists from my computer. I ended up getting an Amazon account for $20/year with unlimited music uploads. Got tired of waiting on Google for a fix.
