Is there a way to share driving directions from an Android device?
I pulled up some directions using the Google Maps app, but couldn't find a way to send the driving directions to someone.

I don't know about sending directions, but you can locate any place you want in Google Maps (via search or from scrolling to a place), tap the location, then hit Share and either text or email to someone. They can then use that text/email to navigate from their own phone.

This only works if the person has a phone with a data plan.
Wish there was a way to retrieve text directions so I can send them as a SMS message.
