Delay the lock screen? Exchange Policy?

I setup my exchange account and it enforces a password. Now everytime my screen turns off, i have to type in a password. this is quite annoying. Is there anyway to make it so that I only have to type the password if it hasn't been touched for like 15 minutes or something like that? This way if the screen just dims for a few minutes, I don't need to type the password but if I haven't touched it for some amount of time (e.g. 15 min) then i have to type the password.

I use an app called Lock Picker that disables it altogether if you might want to try that. Unfortunately it doesn't have a delay option.

Search the market for "no Lock"

OMG i love this!!!!

the exchange in my company forces a 2 or 3 seconds lock down!!!

i use a lock pattern. is there any way/app to force it to be a lock pattern instead of a password?
