I'm looking for something that I can type patient notes into...think of electronic charts, rather than paper folders/charts.

There are note applications out there. Are you looking for something specific to healthcare?

Nothing that I know of yet. My bet is that we wont see anything for a little bit because of mobile device security. When tablets become more popular I bet you will see medical records apps start popping up.

The only application that comes to my mind is PatientKeeper. It might be more of a data viewing application though. It dates back to the late 90s as a handheld application for Palms, and is now available on the iPhone, and Android and Blackberry soon if not already.
