Instagram

I need help with Instagram.
I want to upload this pic:

Since this is a windscreen pic, Instagram forces me to edit a big part of the picture out. But I want the whole picture to be seen... What do I do? Is there any app to help me. I get the same problem with panoramas...

more than likely you will have to edit the picture down to meet whatever the specs are for instagram.

But what are they?
