Im getting a warning from time to time on my sony xperia ray running ICS, saying facebook has insufficent memory. Im assuming that something could be hogging resource, can someone help.

Have you tried clearing app data?

yes seems it was an issue with too many apps running on phone memory, i moved a load to the memory card installed. although i suspect some of the apps are better placed working on phones memory, i have noticed that the phone now takes a while to boot up.
