QR/MS TAG/Barcode Reader?

I was having troubles finding a good app that reads Microsoft tags, QR codes and barcodes. It seems like every app I find is missing one of those. It is for my mom so the simpler the solution, the better. Thanks for any help!

EDIT: NM, just realized MS tags need the MS tag app and it doesn't do barcodes so 2 apps is the minimum.
