Carousel Style Launcher/Widget?

Ok. I feel like I'm losing my mind. I remember seeing an app that allowed you to set up apps in a circle, kind of like circle launcher, but they were in a 3d spinning carousel style. Any idea what I'm talking about? I can't find it anywhere.

Thank you, but that's not what I mean. I mean like Circle Launcher, but three dimensional. Not an entire launcher replacement, but a 3d app cycling widget.

It was something like this as a side-scrolling widget. I know I saw it somewhere before, but I can't seem to find it anywhere...

Nah. It wasn't a home replacement. I really think I'm going crazy. I could have sword it was circle launcher. Maybe it was too resource heavy and they did away with the scrolling.
