I need help finding a good translator

I work as an EMT in the city, and lately more and more patients speak only speak spanish. I need a good translator where i can turn it on, set my phone down, have the patient speak spanish, but then the app translate it to english, and then have me speak english and it translate spanish. I know thats alot to ask for, but does anyone have any ideas? Please and thank you

I don't know about the "set it down" part but Voice Translator works well. And translates many languages including Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Spanish (EU) and Spanish (US), Thai, Russian etc. Just not sure how close the person speaking needs to be to handset. Ambient sounds during emergencies may interfere with speakerphone.
