Help finding an app that will email/submit photos to multiple places

Hi all. A year or so ago, I was using an app on iPhone called PixelPipe which appears to have called it quits. I am trying to find a new app for my Android that has the same functionality, ie..

Take a video from my phone, post it to youtube, post it to facebook, and email it to a couple people.
Take a photo from my phone, post it to facebook, email it to select email addresses.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!
