On my Razr M, when I launch the SD Tools app, the app thinks that my SD card is some folder within the phone's internal memory. It cannot find my actual SD card, even if I use the "Custom Path" option and try to point it in the right direction.

Has anyone been able to get SD Tools to detect their card on Razr/Razr M?
