Google Play Store app missing from new phone

Purchased 2 new Samsung Galaxy Stellar phones 2 days ago. One phone has the Play Store app preloaded and one did not. I need the app in order to download other apps. Is there a download online for this or do I have to return to the Verizon store. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.:confused:

Open your browser, and go to android.com, and download the play app manually.
