Health club scanner

Hi everyone, i was hoping that someone would be able to point me in a certain direction on finding a certain app.

I find my self gathering these laminated barcodes that i really don't want on my key chain. i got one for my health club, several grocery stores, CVS, and more. Is there an app out there that will scan it then store it away so when i start up the app i can just select the barcode i need. Taking a picture of it is an easy solution but a pain if i have to file through all my photos to find the right one.

I did however find one called My Barcode Wallet but it doesn't work as you type in the numbers below the code and have to choose the correct barcode language which i don't know.

Anyone have an idea?
