If you're open to suggestions I'll go ahead and include the obvious ones:
1. If you hope to build a customer base, you probably want to produce a Free version with some restricted features, or Ad support; the other alternative would be to produce a trial version that provides full functionality for a minimum of two weeks.
I'm suggesting the above since you don't have any other apps in the Market that people can base their decision off of - a buck & some change isn't a lot, but can you imagine if every application that you tried cost a dollar? I for one wouldn't be downloading the number of applications that I've already tried.
2. You may also want to change the Description a little, perhaps just focusing on the functionality of your application - some folks (like me), who don't happen to be lawyers or doctors, may be a bit put off by the "high class target audience" - just let the app speak for itself. If you provide a solid description, good screenshots and some good examples of the usage model, people will figure out on their own if it's something that they'll find useful.
