Can we encrypt the outgoing and incoming SMS through any SecureSMS application ?

Hello friends, I have a question about SMS encryption is there any application available on the Google Play or any other App site for Android which encrypt the out going and incoming SMS on the Android Phone ?
If yes then which method they use for the security and how much my SMS secure that they can not use any third party server to encrypt the SMS ?
Nee your opinion on this SecureSMS Application.

There is an app that does this the only issues is that the other user needs to have the same app for encryption to take place.

y2whisper, I checked the application as you provide me the installation link. but this app require both side installation I only want to encrypt my inbox and outbox sms. Thanks

Encryption will only work if both party's are encrypted not just one device. If you want just on your device lock your device
