Reduced install size in latest nightly

Today's fixes the "huge install size" problem. If you uninstall any older version and then install the nightly, it will now use less than 15MB after first run (compared to over 40MB previously). If you move the app to SD card, then the internal storage requirement is under 4MB.

Other recent fixes in the nightly builds include better pinch to zoom, faster page loads, and a partially-implemented version of the new theme (still under construction). See for instructions and details.
