Doubletwist. It mimics iTunes, you can point it at you'd itunes music and get your playlists, and it's a good music player. DRM music purchased through iTunes wont work, however, as apple has made it so that such music can only be played on their products.

I'm one of those people who scratches their head and wonders why anyone would need a bloated piece of software to sync their music collection, but my current music player of choice, WinAmp, happens to have it as an option. I don't use it, but I hear it does a good job. Do need to use the WinAmp 5.59 beta to sync, though.

because, in my opinion, we want software to automatically handle playlist updating, rankings, play counts and filing for us with all our photos, songs and movies.

dragging and dropping is down right neolithic...
