I've been trying randomly since the apps release 2 days ago to log in to view my rewards and I just get this same error message over and over again: [HL]An unexpected error occurred. Please try again or come back later.[/HL]

I know my name and password as I can log into the starbucks.com website just fine.

I have a Samsung Epic 4G on Sprint if that somehow makes a difference.

Hate to drag this thread out of the night, but a search brought me here.

I am still having this same problem in January '12.

This is a horrible app.

My starbucks app was force closing when it opened. I did a remove and re-install and it works now.
