Receiving free calls on cell phone through google voice

Folks,

Is there any way to RECEIVE free calls on your cell phone using Google voice? I know I can make free calls. Currently I'm forwarding any calls to my Google voice number to my cell phone number. Also, my cell phone doesn't have the popular 'myfav' option. If so, I couldn't taken that approach to receive free calls on my cell phone.

Any other free option?

Nope. Not with just GV anyway. A VOIP solution with GV might work for you.

How are you making free calls without the favorites/circle feature? GV calls do count against your minutes.

Yes you can make free through the cell phone. for this you need an active broad connection. And you have a need to Install a skype or Googletalk at your handset. Then you will able to make free calls from you cell to other cell. Condition is that bot must having an active broadband connection.
