The other night I got an MMS from my niece, one of those good ones teenage girls like to forward around to everyone in their contacts; virtual hug, help for this cause, etc etc. What was unusual was the fact that I never opened it, yet Handcent had crushed my battery in 6 hours and the phone was laggy, taking a few seconds to open app drawer and other apps. Once the message was deleted, the phone was fine. How does this happen? Could the MMS be malicious? Or maybe I need to just restart my phone?
This is the second time this has happened. Just hoping that it isn't anything malicious, just a burp in Handcent or something?
Thunderbolt phone, stock.
