Where is the Augmented Reality application or is it built into Google MAps

you mean the one made by layar? they haven't finished updating it for 2.0

you can try out the one in the yellow pages app

if you're talking about street view, that's in google maps..

there are overlays of things, that are augmented into the "real world" via the camera lens. here's the site to probably the most popular one:

no, they haven't updated it to work with 2.0 yet, but they say in a few weeks they should have an updated version out
