I notice that the new camera panorama feature in Android ICS (4.0.3) stops taking pictures long before you can rotate the camera a full 360 degrees. It seems to allow roughly 180 degrees, and if you pan too fast it won't keep up. The timer runs out and the images start sticthing automatically.
I know panorama apps like Photaf can do a 360 rotation, but I've had trouble getting those to do automatic picture-taking on my Acer A100 tablet.
Does the built-in ICS app have a limited viewing range on all hardware, and if so, is there a trick to override it? In panorama mode, I see no camera setup options, just a green shutter icon.
