I'm currently using WhatsApp for texting one friend from Canada to the USA, I was using Facebook messenger, but had issues sending pictures and sometimes texts. Neither of us have an international texting plan, and having WhatsApp installed just for one person bugs me.
I tried ChompSMS, but from what I've read I'll get charged to send a text
Anyone know of an app that replaces the stock SMS and allows free texting between my friend and I? It would be fine if both of us had to install the app to have SMS between us free, I just want to try and limit the number of chat apps.
