Touchdown exchange app - few questions

I downloaded the trial and have a few questions.

1. When I get a phone call from someone in my contacts their name isnt displayed on the screen - only the number. How do I fix that?
2. When I open TD I only want to see my email, not appts in combination. What is the issue there?
3. What additional features are available in the full version?

I can't answer #1, I'm not using TD-specific contacts.. but for #2, you can add the Touchdown Mail Shortcut to your Home screen, then when you click it, it'll go right into mail instead of their start screen.

As far as extra features in the full version, the only thing I noticed was you can disable or modify the email signature.

2. You need to Menu - Add to Home - Add Shortcut - Then choose touch down.
