eBay App Won't Work On 4G

I have a AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3. A couple of days ago, my eBay app stopped working when connected to 4G. It works fine when connected to Wi-Fi. I have tried re-installing the app, restarting the phone, and checked to see if anything is blocking connectivity for the app. Any ideas to what is going on?

I'm having the same issue on mine and my wife's iPhone 5. The mobile site and apps for eBay and Craigslist are both not working

exact same issue on Iphone 4S....for several days now. Ebay and Craigslist will not open on 4G service. They will work on Wi-Fi just fine. All other apps work on the 4G network....Any suggestions????

I called att and they said its doing it to craigslist,ebay,espn,and facebook,their spose to be getting it fixed
