I presume the Play Store version will be updated on a more timely basis.

I would love to hear some feedback on differences between Swype and Swiftkey. Anybody have enough experience with both to comment?

Probably not but I love that I can effortlessly go back and forth between swyping and typing on SwiftKey. I couldn't figure out if that was possible on Swype. It's easier to capitalize and add punctuation on Swype though. I'd just suggest playing with both, unless SwiftKey Flow isn't part of the free version.

Sent from my totally awesome Sprint Galaxy Nexus, even if I don't know all its secrets yet.

Swiftkey's prediction algorithm, for me, is better for my typing. Swype has a great interface, but once SK got Flow I see no reason to ever use Swype again.
