Is there an application like ColorNote or Evernote that allows you to sync via USB or local wireless(like Samsung Kies)?

Need to create and update documents in MS Word and transfer them to my Galaxy Note. I could do this with the Cloud for ColorNote or Evernote but do not always have access to the Cloud. Also need to create several Home Page icons or widgets as can be accomplished with MS Word on Windows 7. I have Quickoffice Pro but it does not support the Home Page icons or widgets.

I just use Dropbox... I take word docs all the time that are saved on my comp... I move them to my Dropbox folder and in a few seconds they are available on my phone through the Dropbox app...

I need an application that transfer locally since I do not always have access to a network.
