Being old enough to have hearing problems in certain situations, but still too young and cheap to think about an actual hearing aide, I was wondering if my Galaxy S4 could come to the rescue in certain situations where I was having trouble hearing a particular person (I have a very hard time understanding the soft voice of my DIL, for example). The "Adapt Sound" function in the Sound Setup menu has made my ears and mid-priced ear buds work wonderfully. I was thinking that an app that would grab voice that I was having difficulty hearing clearly, adjust it for my ears and send it though the ear buds with maybe even a volume adjustment would be a great help in some instances. Doable or maybe exists already??
