Gta san andreas question

Hi, I don't know if anyone can help but sometimes when I'm playing GTA I will sometimes miss hit one of the buttons, I.e the weopons or enter car button etc then all of a sudden the screen view gets bigger and I've got a thin blue boarder round the screen....how do I get rid of this or stop it from happening? It also happens on GTA 3....I'm using a Google nexus 7 2013
