GPS flight tracking - alternative to IOS Motion X GPS

I saw a YouTube video that had a flight path/elevation integrated into some really neat topographical maps. The owner of the video used Motion X GPS, which looks like some really neat software, but I need an Android alternative. I think I might be able to also take the .gpx file from the GPS and integrate it into Google Earth/Maps, too? In the end, I'm just looking for a way to get some neat video clips out of flight paths.

Any suggestions?
