Open Home Uninstall Question?

I recently purchased Open Home on my Motorola Droid. I do like the application and love having more screens, but it really forces close a little more than I can deal with.

So for now I was thinking of uninstalling it, but when I uninstall apps they disappear from my Downloads screen in the App Market.

So my question is if I uninstall this app, but then see it's been updated to address the issues, can I reinstall it without paying again?

Yes you can, it will remain as purchased. You can install and uninstall as many times as you like.
