Google Voice down again...

Nearly 3pm in the Pacific Northwest and I have no phone service with Google Voice. Calls are incomlete with an "All circuits are busy" error.

Too bad.

Whose circuits though? GV's, your carrier's or someone else's? Did you attempt to place calls without using GV to verify?

Hey got couple beginner questions. Been using GV for about a year now and noticed somethings.

1. At times my phone goes straight to VM w/o notifications. I receive the notification hours later. It happens once a day.

2. Does GV eat up battery more?

3. My call quality hasn't been the greatest, Do I blame Verizon or GV?

I appreciate any help
