Looking for smart tv app good for web browser

Hi folks. I'm looking for a recommendation for an android app that is particularly good at navigating my Samsung smart tv's built-in browser.

The problem:
Using the tv remote to navigate the built-in browser is slightly more pleasant than getting a root canal. Using the 4 arrow buttons to move the cursor around the tv screen sucks, the keyboard on the tv sucks, and it is all laggy.

What I want:
with the app, I can use my finger on the phone screen to move the cursor around, and there's a keyboard on the phone that will enter web addresses.

Do you have a Samsung mobile device? If so, you can try the Samsung SmartView app.

If your mobile isn't Samsung you can still see if it is available for it. I only personally know that it works with Samsung and don't know if or how it functions in other devices. They do even have a Windows 8 PC version so you can try that if you have a Windows 8 device.
