How to fix pandora installation error?

I have a moto x. Recently I uninstalled Pandora because the app kept crashing. I have been trying to reinstall the app, but an error message comes up. The error message says: unknown error -24.

I have no idea what to do and am not very good with stuff like this. If anyone can tell me how to fix this easily it would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, tap Force Stop, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.
