Launcher Pro Widget Problems

I have the calender widget that comes with my Droid X on Launcher Pro and the date never changes...still says Dec 1 and it only changes if I delete the widget and re-add it again...anyone having this problem?

It is probably an issue with placing a Motoblur widget on launcher pro. Launcher Pro will let you place 3rd party widgets (for the most part) onto your home screen but it is not set up to allow individual widgets created for the manufacturers UI (Sense, Motoblur, touch wiz, etc...). Odds are that Launcher Pro will not get updated in order to get them to work but who knows.

this is exactly correct. for whatever reason, the motoblur widgets dont play nice with any replacement launcher. LP does come with a pretty cool calendar widget though if you buy the plus version. its not as colorful as the moto one, but its a nifty grid/agenda hybrid. here is a couple of screens to see if it jives with you:
