Can google messanger send video SMS? R just picture messages

SMS is text. It can send MMS (files) as long as they don't exceed your carrier's MMS limit (1.2MB for Verizon, smaller for other carriers). What's in the file doesn't matter. (It texts a link to the file on the carrier's MMS server.) If you need to "send" a large file (video or other), use a file hosting site or even your cloud account, and text the link to the file, so the recipient can download it with a browser.
