Google maps exact GPS location question

I have GPS coordinates of n42 38.103', w82 48.928'. When I input this into gmaps on my droid x I get the address of 45800 Pvt Shore Dr. Then when I input that into google maps on my desktop I get that address and also the exact gps location in the lake. I'm looking to get the exact gps location in the lake, because that is an ice fishing spot I want to go to. How can I get the exact gps location to show up on my google maps app?

If you can enter the GPS coordinates on a PC, you can save it as a MyMaps. Once you have the coordinates entered on the PC. Left click on the bubble and click save to. As long as you are logged into your google account, you can save to an existing map or a new map. Once you have your map saved, you can go to google maps on your phone. Go to layers. and then More Layers. Click on My Maps and you should have a list of maps saved. Select the appropiate map and you can have you location in the middle of the lake.
