why wont my bank app work

Previously, my wells Fargo app has always worked on my Alcatel onetouch. All of a sudden when I log in it says wf.com including the app is no longer available on my device. I can log in through wellsfargo.com just not the app or wf.com

That's odd. Did it happen after an update or did it just stop working? If you go to the Play Store, does it say "Your device is not compatible with this app" or something of that sort?

I have an Alcatel and the same thing happened to me - it was working and now it isn't. I uninstalled and reinstalled the WF app twice and get the same message: "wf.com is no longer available on this device. Try text banking instead..."
The app on Google Play says the device is compatible. This is frustrating.
