App for long term timelapse

I have messed with several free and paid time lapse apps and I have yet to find what I am looking for. All of what I have found so far is composing 720p max video, that is great for some things. It is easy ect. I am looking for an app that takes an actual picture at the resolution I specify at the time interval I specify. I also need to be able to lock the exposure focus and white balance. I also need to be able to save the files in a cloud folder, dropbox, google mega ect. Any would be fine.

I am wanting to make a year or multi year timelapse so most likely 1 picture at noon everyday.

I just want the picture files. I don't need the app to turn it into a video.
