I don't always recieve notifications that I have a new WhatsApp message
Sometimes there are no notifications, either on the app or in the notifications bar that I have received new messages via Whatsapp. I often find out by default when I open the application, and all of the new messages appear. I have tried disabling and enabling the application several times, and I have ensured that the settings show as "Always show pop up". This is becoming increasingly frsutrating.
