Why aren't apps showing up?

app does not show up

I installed Active applications a year ago. It still shows up under "all" In application manager, but not on any screen. In the all section it does not show an uninstall button. Figure I could uninstall and then install again. I tried clearing cache and data in the touchwizard app to no avail. I am on version 5.0.1.

Is this a widget? If so, it wouldn't show up in the app drawer.
