Suspicious applications

Hello there,please help me.My androis is really really in bad condition.There are severals suspicious application were installed in my android such as engriks,Android System,androidSystem,coreService,measure,MobileCore,AndroidPatch,GuarService and .com application which is every each of them is less than 150kb.The problem is,everytime I turn on my android,there are so many dialog box saying that every of them are not responding and repeated it again,again and again,so its hardened me even to read a single message.I have used Wondershare Mobile Trasnfer and Android Multi Tools to hard reset my android but none of them are were worked.Any suggestion for hard reset application?
