Hey all, I'm looking for a way to track an app's resource usage. CPU, RAM, etc.
Specifically, Fallout Shelter. I've noticed that the game runs fine in the short term, but starts to lag a little if open for an extended period of time(say 20 minutes). This lag slowly gets worse the longer it's open until the game is essentially unplayable(ever spend an hour bossing around tiny cartoon people?). I initially thought my tablet was throttling due to heat, but closing the app and immediately opening it up again seems to reset performance. Nothing would get a chance to cool down in that short time. I'm now wondering if the game is developing a memory leak, but there's no good way of checking that while it's running.
So, is there any way to automatically log the RAM and CPU usage of the game? Maybe log the clockspeeds on the CPU and GPU as well?
