Apps to control my son's device

I want to limit his ability to play games whenever he wants.

I basically want to be able to turn off games after 8 PM. And limit total time on device to about 60 minutes of Netflix and 60 minutes of games. (for example). If I can make it more lenient on weekends, that would be great.

I am considering DinnerTime Plus in part because it is free. I will pay a few bucks for an app but not these $50 price tags I am seeing for some of them. But I atleast need a free version to try out first.

Any suggestions?

It looks like you may need to create an account and login to take advantage of some features. Let us know what you end up using and if it's something you'd recommend to others.

You should use Locker For Study. It can lock selected games and apps for a specified time.

But a hard thing to do - motivation can maybe not transported by that - maybe see if you can find another deal than locking just the handy, maybe try to make him a deal, like doing sth great togehter if he studies well ?
