Running App for this ?

Hi all, running laps around the local race track, is there an app that can audibly tell me, when I have done 4.6Km which would be just over 11.5 laps of the track. Or, if can't exactly that, then 4.5Km, just over 11 laps. Then to give my timing at the end of the run at 5Km. Would be a really nice extra if it could tell me audibly (and accurately) how many laps I've done in the meantime.

Any help much appreciated.

GPS (A-GPS) is at best accurate to 8 metres so if such an app existed it would be innacurate

Have you ever tried using "Charity Miles" it will surely help you in letting you know how many laps I've done in the meantime.
