[Facebook] Did Facebook remove the "Always open links with external browser" option?

I had the Always open links with external browser option turned on, because I use Chrome tabs as a reading list. I clicked on a link this morning and it opened in Facebook. I went into App Settings and the "Always open links with external browser" switch is missing. Has it moved? Is it gone? Is it this way for anyone else?

I have it on my Note 4. It's under "App Settings" IN Facebook, which is where I'm sure you've looked. I prefer an external browser as well.
I don't know which device you are using.

Mine disappeared as well until the latest FB update. Now it's always there. However when I keep it on In App Browser, whenever I click on a link it constantly closes.
