My phone (galaxy s4) has a terrible battery life (goes from 100% to 40% or worse overnight with no use). I saw some forums suggested downloading Wakelock Detector to see what was going on, so I did, but have no idea how to use the results to improve the battery life.
Appreciate any help, thanks :)
Here are screenshots of it:

First off, uninstall Facebook. App is garbage and kills battery life.

Wakelocks are when an app requests your phone come out of sleep to do what it needs to do. You can see that your Facebook app requested 64 times to come out of sleep.. Messenger 68 times..

Play Services is 946.. so any app that is using Google's push notification service would fall under that. Sounds like you have a ton of apps installed?

yeah.. I do... if that's what's causing it, i'll go through and trash some of the ones I never use.
Is there anything to do with the 'android system'?
Thanks for the help! :)

I wouldnt worry about that.. first thing I would do is uninstall facebook and start using their mobile website.. your battery life will immediately go up.
