Photo (rasterization) Manipulation app?

So I've been using Vingette (paid) for quite some time now and love that thing.

There are a few pics that have come out so well that I actually would like to print. I don't have photoshop at home and really don't want to pirate it or anything like that.

Is there an app that will let me mess with the DPI settings of a picture that is on the SD card...not my DPI settings for my display. That's all I can find in the market.

I need to bump it up to at least 300 DPI for printing or it won't look the best. Right now it's at 72

If you have a windows pc at home, Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing

is free. For trimming / resizing on the phone, I use Adobe Photoshop Express but, I don't think it's going to do what you want.
